The close proximity to so many parks and outdoor trails: Crofton Coves park, Legacy park, Davies park, Golden Valley park, Eagle View park, Eagle Pointe park, Davies pool, Orchard Glen and Forest River.
Mostly it’s the great neighbors – everyone is so friendly! It’s very family friendly. We also enjoy the bike/walking paths, that the neighborhood is tidy, and the nearby schools.
